Refund & Return Policy — Karis Fashions

At Karis Fashions, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns:
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Sale items and beauty/skincare products are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

How to Return:
1. Email us at sales@karisbeautycosmetics.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

Refunds:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Wrong Items:
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sales@karisbeautycosmetics.com with photos of the item and we will resolve it promptly.

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
